Update on Oahu Attractions Hanauma Bay re-opened to the public starting on Dec 2nd. Dole Plantation reopening starting Nov 12th. Polynesian Cultural Center reopened Nov 1st. Hawaii State Museum has reopened. Waikiki Aquarium has re-opened, but requires reservations. The Bishop Museum reopened on June 26th.
Hawaii reopened to U.S. travelers on Oct. 15. At this time, international travelers from CDC-prohibited countries are still banned from entering Hawaii . However, travelers coming from Japan have a pre-travel testing option via approved testing providers that went into effect on Nov.
