Klamath Falls offers a variety of outdoor recreation such as cross country skiing, golfing, fishing, hunting and canoeing. It is known for its splendid bird watching and is the home of the highest concentrations of bald eagles in the Pacific Northwest.
It is just a low level, grimy place to live without an adequate supportive city infrastructure to make the area a safe place to live. Klamath Falls has the worst air quality in Oregon. During the winter the air gets so bad you can’t go outside. The town burns their trash and since it is in a basin the air can’t escape.
Klamath falls is a nice place to live because there is a lot of beautiful scenery surrounding us. I have grown up here my whole life and have gotten many chances to go out and explore the beautiful nature around us. Something I would like to see change is a larger variety of shopping.
If you are from out of town and visiting there isn’t much to see in Klamath Falls at all. It is a notoriously boring town other than hunting and fishing. The Klamath County Museum is the exception to the rule.

Multnomah Falls is open to a limited number of visitors on first-come, first-serve basis from 9 a.m.–6 p.m. daily. Benson Bridge, the trail to the top of the falls and the loop trail to Wahkeena Falls all remain closed.
