Located in the mountains of northern Utah , Lost Creek is a 365-surface-acre reservoir popular for fishing. The reservoir is 10 miles northeast of Croydon.
The gate to the reservoir opens at 6 a.m. and closes at 8 p.m. until the end of May. After May 31, it will stay open until 10 p.m.

Lost Creek is off of Lost Creek Blvd., which is just a 15-minute drive from downtown. Take I-35 S to 290 W. Merge onto TX-360 Loop N and turn left onto Lost Creek Blvd. Here is a map.
These fish are very tasty when smoked this way. The flesh is very good plain, on a cracker or mixed with some mayonnaise and capers and served as a dip. I hope that fishermen that read this article will give the Utah Chub a try. Instead of just using them for bait or leaving them to rot on the shoreline.

In the summer, Otter Creek has a nice population of typical Kentucky warm water stream fish including Smallmouth Bass , Spotted Bass, and various sunfish. There is a slot limit on Smallmouth to help develop the fishery.
Mammals As one might expect, there are river otters in Otter Creek and its adjoining wetlands. Muskrat and beaver inhabit the waters of the WMA, and mink and fox prowl the edges. There are also some woodland mammals in the swamp forest such as white-tailed deer, cottontail rabbit and gray squirrel.
